We pride ourselves in providing a wholistic approach to triathlon training that takes into account our client's lifestyles, work and family commitments. To ensure we can provide the best possible service to each athlete, we restrict ourselves to to around 5 coached athletes each. Every program we write is tailored to the individual's goals, strengths, weaknesses and life commitments. Our approach is based heavily on education to equip each of our athletes with the knowledge and skills to handle any race or training situation, often providing benefits that reach beyond triathlon into everyday life.
