Sue is a certified sports nutritionist and nutrition coach. Take your sports and life performance to the next level with the tools and support to make lasting change.

What is Nutrition Coaching?

Much more than a meal plan.  Sue can help you to establish the eating habits and strategies required to deliver healthy, happy performance in sport (and life!).  Giving you the time and tools to make long lasting lifestyle change and the support necessary to navigate the challenges along the way.  


Key Aspects: 

  1. Goal Setting: Help you establish realistic and achievable health goals. 
  2. Support: Create a supportive and non-judgmental relationship. Aiming to create a safe and open space where you feel comfortable discussing health concerns and challenges.
  3. Behavioral Change: Help you to identify and overcome barriers to behavior change. This may involve exploring and addressing habits, beliefs, and mindset that may be hindering progress toward health goals.
  4. Accountability: Help establish accountability for your actions and commitments. Regular check-ins and discussions about progress and setbacks can help clients stay on track and motivated.
  5. Education: Provide information and education on various sports nutrition and health topics to empower you to make informed decisions. This may include guidance on nutrition, sleep, training, stress management, and other lifestyle factors.
  6. Holistic Approach: Take a holistic approach, considering the interconnectedness of various aspects of training and life that can impact health. 

Why is it important?

Appropriate nutrition is so important for every aspect of performance, be it at your chosen sport, job or life in general. Few people have the time to understand the latest research, assess their dietary needs and develop strategies and plans to ensure there can function at their peak in a sustainable and enjoyable way. This is where a nutrition coach can be your secret weapon. 

What's included?

Nutrition coaching is highly flexible and is built around the client's knowledge, experience and needs. There are typically 2 phases:


1. Program kick off and planning (2-4 weeks), including:

  • Data collection and review of current habits
  • Discussion on strengths/weaknesses and goals
  • Discussion on healthy eating principles  
  • Development of a nutrition plan and supporting habits


2. Ongoing monitoring and advice:

  • Regular check in to review progress, suggest program changes and answer any questions. 

How much does it cost?

We charge a fixed fee for the program kick-off and planning and a monthly fee for ongoing monitoring and advice. The fees vary depending on your program duration, complexity and level of mentoring support you require. Once we understand your needs we'll give you firm quote for the support you desire.
