Appropriate nutrition is so important for every aspect of performance, be it at your chosen sport, job or life in general. Few people have the time to understand the latest research, assess their dietary needs and develop strategies and plans to ensure there can function at their peak in a sustainable and enjoyable way. This is where a nutrition coach can be your secret weapon.
Nutrition coaching is highly flexible and is built around the client's knowledge, experience and needs. Each program includes a kick-off, data collection and planning meeting which is used to design a personalised daily nutrition plan.
The plan itself includes daily meal and snack suggestions and access to our extensive database of delicious and healthy recipes. Regular check-ins are scheduled during and after the program to review progress, suggest program changes, answer any questions and provide support.
Our goal is to build your nutritional knowledge and skills to confidently develop your own healthy eating habits. A 4-8 week program is often sufficient to achieve this but programs can be a long as you need to achieve your goals.
We charge $50/week of nutrition programming. Discounts are available for combined triathlon and nutrition programs and for returning clients.
