Getting ready for a big event? We design bespoke programs that fit your lifestyle and motivate and educate you to achieve your best.
It's a schedule of training sessions that safely build you up to your target event. Programs are usually designed in blocks of 3 or 4 weeks with the last week in the block at a lower volume to facilitate recovery. Instructions for each session are documented in Training Peaks, a free, online programming tool that synchronises with your fitness device to confirm you have completed the session.
A program will greatly assist you in meeting your goals, however, it's even more powerful when coupled with a coach to guide you through it and build your knowledge. Your coach will work review your training data, answer any questions, adjust the program as required and build your knowledge around training zones, pacing, nutrition, strength, recovery, mental toughness, injury prevention, race planning and more.
The key to success in any fitness program is consistency. We work with you to understand your fitness goals, personal constraints and preferences and design programs that are enjoyable, achievable and effective, increasing the chances that you'll be able to follow the program and get the most value from it. We partner with you to give you the best chance for success at your goal race.
We can support athletes looking to compete in any event. Our specialty is Ironman and half Ironman triathlons but we have also coached athletes to compete in shorter triathlons and individual discipline events like open water swims and full/half marathon runs. Even if you're just looking to get more active to achieve a health or weight loss goal, we can help.
Our programs are customisable based on your experience and preferences but typically include the following:
We charge a weekly fee of $90 for our programs which is typically paid in blocks of 4 weeks. If you need to withdraw from the program at any point, for any reason, we'll refund you any unused weeks.
For an additional $30/week we can include a personalised nutrition and fuelling program complete with recommended recipes that matches your training schedule, energy and body composition needs.
Discounted rates are available for programs longer than 12 weeks and for return clients.
