By entering the TriExcel 12 Week Program Giveaway (the Competition), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Entry into the Competition is free.
Entrants must be an individual aged over 18 and not a company or organisation.
The Competition will be conducted from October 1 to 31, 2021. Any entry received after this period will be deemed invalid.
To enter the Competition, Entrants must complete and submit the entry form on the TriExcel website or provide a completed paper version of the website form to a TriExcel staff member
Entrants can enter the Competition once only.
All entries in the Competition will go into a random draw and the first valid entry randomly drawn will win the Prize.
The Prize is a 12-week personalised triathlon training program. The scope of the Prize is described on the TriExcel website (https://triexcel.com.au/training-programs). The Prize winner is required to identify a goal race to be held prior to the end of 2022 to apply the Prize to. The Prize is valued at $1000. If the Prize is not used prior to the end of 2022, it will be forfeited.
No component of the Prize can be transferred or redeemed for cash.
The Prize winner will be notified within two (2) days of the Prize Draw by email
In the event that a Prize winner is unable to be contacted, TriExcel will retain the Prize for three (3) months from the date of the draw. If the Prize is not claimed within three (3) months of the date of the draw, TriExcel will cancel the competition and withdraw the prize
By submitting your entry, the Prize winner grants TriExcel the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the public your name, character, likeness or voice for any promotion or matter incidental to the Competition with no compensation to you for such use.
As a condition of accepting the Prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as and, in the form, required by TriExcel, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
TriExcel will collect your personal information for the purposes of conducting the Competition. By submitting your entry you consent to TriExcel to use your personal information for direct marketing purposes. You may opt out of receiving these direct marketing communications at any time. Additional information about how personal information is collected, used and disclosed, is available in the TriExcel Privacy Policy available at https://triexcel.com.au/privacy-policy
To the full extent permitted by the law, TriExcel will not be liable for any delay, death, injury, damages, expenses, or loss whatsoever (whether direct or consequential) to persons or property as a result of any person entering into the Competition or accepting or using the Prize
